We offer a 7 day EXCHANGE on any item. however shipping costs will not be refunded on returned unless product was defective. No warranty on decals due to application or installation problems. All items returned must be in its original package and un-used condition.
With proper care, Decals and T-Shirts will last a long time. We will not warranty apparel, decals and stickers if you do not follow the care instructions.

We want you to be happy with your decal purchase. Decals can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund for the decal minus the shipping cost will be issued to the credit card used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If the decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.
All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange.
To return the decals please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal.

We recommend that you return the decal USPS Priority mail with order confirmation number. Envelopes and boxes are provided for free at your local post office and the shipping label can be printed on the post office web site.
When we receive the decal a credit for the decal minus the original shipping cost will be applied to the card used to make the purchase within five business days.
